By connecting to the FordMC Network (play.fordmc.xyz), our Discord, or this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

If a minor makes an unauthorized purchase using a parent or guardian's payment method, the parent or guardian assumes full financial and legal responsibility for the transaction. We highly recommend that parents closely monitor their children's online activities.

4. Purchases and Virtual Goods

All ranks, items, and perks purchased on our web store are intangible virtual goods. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Attempting to forcefully refund or chargeback a payment via PayPal, your bank, or credit card provider will result in an automatic, permanent, and unappealable ban from the entire FordMC Network.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund if you are banned from the server for breaking the rules, if the server goes offline, or if your virtual items are lost due to gameplay elements.

We are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
